From county to county, there are various restrictions in place in regard to fireworks.

According to BigCountryHomePage.com, Eastland County has banned fireworks this year and Taylor County has banned aerial fireworks. Heck, the Clyde Festival by the Lake has decided to cancel their fireworks show this year in a very responsible decision made recently.

Those, and other fireworks restrictions, are directly related to the dry conditions we're experiencing as well as the recent fires that have ravaged our area.
