Abilene’s Turkey Trot 2021 is Back on Thanksgiving Day
Get ready for some gobble, gobble good times as the Abilene Runners Club 18th Annual Turkey Trot event returns this year on Thanksgiving day Nov. 25th from 7 AM until 9:30 AM. The big difference from the previous years is that there will NOT be an actual start of the race like in the past.
Everyone That Completes The Race Will Be Awarded A Medal
The big difference this year is that the race will have the "virtual option" should you decide to run the race on your own. However, if you would rather run the course through Lytle Shores, you will be able to from 7 AM until 9:30 AM. Plus "finisher medals" will be given to all that complete the course.

The "virtual race" will also be allowed this year, meaning you can run it from your treadmill in your home, a gym, or run in your neighborhood. There are no "Kids Fun Run" or teams this year and the 5k course is for everyone.
