This is a real honest to goodness "church rummage sale" where all the church congregation has been donating all the sale items. This rummage sale is being held in the church gym, dining room and church parking lot too. This sale will benefit the youth ministries at the Wylie Christian Church at 6250 Buffalo Gap road.

This Garage sale starts with a "sneak-a-peak" on Thursday, June 17th beginning at 6pm and going until 8 pm. There is a cost to shop the early-bird-sale on Thursday and it's only a $2 donation. Then the sale goes public get in free from 7 am until 7 pm on Friday, June 18th and 7 am till 5 pm on Saturday, June 19th.

The "Youth Ministries Rummage Sale" will benefit all the youth that want to attend either church camp or summer camp, but their families can't afford it. Plus the program goes on to help kids with their in church food pantry.

Abilene's Wylie Christian Church will hold their annual 'Youth Ministries Rummage Sale' will have items like: a couple of entertainment centers, book cases, desks, pots and pans, dishes, kitchen accessories, portable baby cribs, golf clubs, an electric motor scooter for kids, children's clothing, toys and lots more.

Donations for the rummage sale are still being accepted, through Wednesday June 16th until 6 pm.  If you would like to donate to this 'Rummage Sale' contact the Wylie Christian Church at 325-691-0400 or see them at the corner of Antilley Road and Buffalo Gap Road.

If you would like to help local children get into summer church camp. Contact Carol Ueblacker the Youth Church Activities organizer at 325-691-0400. Concessions will also be available and being run by the church youth. So come hungry and thirsty.

This is not part of "Market Days" the church holds once a month. The "Youth Ministries Rummage sale" is a once a year event and really needs our help. Please stop in and check it out.
