Watch Leslie Smith’s Cauliflower Ear Explode During UFC Fight

At UFC 180 this past weekend, Jessica Eye connected with a right punch to Leslie Smith's left cauliflower ear and well....it exploded! 

Needless to say the fight was stopped and Eye scored the victory.
