Enjoy Wild Game at the Texas Wild Bunch Bonanza Cook Off
The 17th Annual Texas Wild Bunch Bonanza Cook Off and Auction is Saturday, January 26th. Bonanza attendees get to sample quail, deer, elk, moose, chicken, catfish, beef brisket, smoked wild hog even some tasty jalapeno poppers.
The Texas Wild Bunch Bonanza is the annual ECCA Volunteer Fire Dept. fundraiser. ECCA's Fire Chief Gary Young says they are in dire need of a new fire-station, of which construction has just begun.
Young says their equipment, needs to be brought up to date as well. Thus the reason for the 17th Annual Wild Bunch Bonanza Cook Off and Auction, where 100% of the proceeds benefits the fire department.
