As excitement builds for BTS bringing their global tour energy to the Borderland, local fan organizations are stepping up in a big way to make sure no fan feels alone in the crowd.

Two siblings, Nadia and Noah, created a full-on digital guide, Borapaso, which is designed specifically for fans traveling to El Paso for the concert. Nadia is a huge BTS fan and she wanted to create something special for this HUGE moment in El Paso.

What makes this site stand out is that it’s not just informative, it’s personal. It was created by local fans who genuinely want visitors to have the best experience possible in El Paso.

El Paso Fans Create An ARMY Buddy System:

The latest innovation created for BTS fans is a digital “ARMY Buddy System” that’s turning concert seating into instant community.

Created with connection and safety in mind, the Army Buddy System is a website designed to help fans see exactly who they’ll be sitting next to at the concert. Whether you’re traveling solo, coming from out of town, or just hoping to meet fellow ARMY, the platform makes it easy to find your people before the lights even go down.

“This website was designed to encourage friendships, game preparation, and buddy systems to ensure that the event runs well and results in a cheerful atmosphere,” said Megan Tovar, the creative mind behind the ARMY Buddy System.

Users can register, browse attendees by section or shared interests, and even message each other directly. The goal is simple: transform a massive stadium experience into something more personal, friendly, and unforgettable. Fans can coordinate meetups, plan arrivals together, and bond over their love for BTS long before the first song starts.

“The website I established allows you to see who is seated next to you and was designed to help fans find each other inside the stadium,” said Megan. “This info helps people plan how to meet locals, come and go as a group, and make new friends at the concert. I was also able to construct a procedure that enables users to add distinctive interests in their profiles.”

What makes this even more special is the heart behind it. The ARMY Buddy System and Bora_915 were created after noticing how many fans attend concerts alone or travel across cities (and even countries) for shows. Instead of letting that feel intimidating, these local BTS fans turned it into an opportunity for connection.

“This will help them stand out and foster strong connections with their stated interests,” said Megan. “ The website features several unique components that facilitate communication with others. Users can send a private message to individuals, ask questions in the community, and share images connected to the concert. Additionally, it is a place where fans may meet a community that is kind and accepting, and they are looking forward to attending the concert with other fans.”

In a world where concerts can feel overwhelming, this system flips the script proving that fandom isn’t just about music, it’s about community.
