No worries! There are plenty of things to do in Lubbock that don't require anything but "I'm in!" We may be a big city, but we still have that "What are y'all doing tonight?" energy where everything seems to come together with zero notice, at the very last second.
If you've been here long enough, you've probably accepted a number of these invitations:
"Let's get Mexican food."
It doesn't matter where you go; chances are, you'll end up somewhere super delicious. Everyone has a favorite. If you're new to town, you can't go wrong with 50th Street Caboose.
"Bowling, anyone?"
It may not have been on your calendar this morning, but look at you now! Lacing up rental shoes with the rest of us!
"They have live music."
Anyone mentions a live band, and suddenly, you're all out together watching live music instead of sitting home alone watching Netflix. My kind of night!
"Let's walk around the mall."
Plenty of badass days have started with a walk around the mall. Sometimes, you just need to people-watch for a couple of hours to get it out of your system.
