Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester Raised Over $12 Million for Victims’ Families
Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert was an enormous success on Sunday (June 5) as it helped raised millions of dollars for the victims' families affected by the Manchester Bombing.
According to TMZ, the benefit concert raised over $3 million for the British Red Cross, adding to the Manchester Emergency Fund’s $9 million to total over $12 million. "When it's all counted it should be enough to take care of the victims and their families," an insider to the gossip website.
Superstar artists Pharrell, Miley Cyrus, Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Katy Perry and more graced the stage and performed in front of 55,000 people in attendance. Throughout the show, Grande became teary-eyed, expressing her gratitude to her Manchester fans.
"I love you so, so much," Grande said at the show, addressing the crowd (via Billboard). "Thank you so much for coming together and being so loving and strong and unified. I love you guys so much, and I think the kind of unity you're displaying is the medicine the world needs right now."
