4-Year-Old Battling Leukemia Sings a Beautiful Version of ‘God Bless America’ at a Red Sox Game
Like a lot of people, the singing of 'God Bless America' always chokes me up a little. But never like when I saw Darla Holloway perform the patriotic song at a recent Boston Red Sox game.
Darla is a 4-year old Leukemia patient. Listening to her sing 'God Bless America' while being held in her mother's arms at Fenway Park is a moment for the ages. Not only did she remember all the words, but she sang the song beautifully. Watch and listen as the crowd can hardly help shouting their approval before little Darla is finished.
