Willie Nelson is hiring — well, his pot company, Willie's Reserve, is.

The company has posted several job listings at its Colorado offices, including Compliance Office, Bookkeeper, Production Manager, Sales Director and Extractor. Each job comes with a very specific job description, requiring applicants to have a long resume of related skills. According to Billboard, the Director of Extraction/Lead Extractor position seeks someone who will be responsible for the company’s “overall extraction setup, staffing, equipment purchasing, processing protocols, strategy, and day to day production while supervising a team of extraction technicians.”

Candidates who will be considered will also need to have “strong interpersonal and communication skills” and be “highly motivated [and] detail oriented.” Ideally, the company is looking for a person with at least two years experience in the cannabis and/or commercial laboratory industries. Additionally, a degree in chemistry/biochemistry/engineering and mechanics is preferred.

When visiting the website of Willie's Reserve, the About Me page states that the company "pays tribute to a tradition of sharing, caring and toking":

"For decades, as Willie Nelson and his band traveled from town to town, pot enthusiasts flocked to his shows. They happily shared the bounty from their home gardens and local communities. Willie happily returned the favor.

Now WILLIE’S RESERVE™ pays tribute to a tradition of sharing, caring and toking. It’s as if the Red headed Stranger has offered an invitation aboard the Honeysuckle Rose to sample the choicest selections of his stash."

The website includes photos of Nelson, as well as his quotes on each page, like, “When I started counting my blessings my whole life turned around” and “My stash is your stash.”
