After every storm locals always know how to capture the most beautiful photos of our El Paso skyline which shows that even after a crazy storm, El Paso is still a beauty.
Every time it rains for any period of time, it seems as if we get our own "Lake KEAN" in our parking lot. And as if to add insult to injury, it starts seeping into the building too.
