One of the most noted individuals of our time will be celebrated on January 21st with a dinner given by the Abilene Black Chamber of Commerce. Martin Luther King, Jr. best known for his non-violent civil rights movement delivered his, now famous, "I Have a Dream" speech in 1963 at the March on Washington.
Former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy wasn’t a big fan of Martin Luther King Jr.
In fact, during a series of old interviews that were released to the public last week, Kennedy is heard saying “I just can’t see a picture of Martin Luther King without thinking, you know, that man’s terrible.”
