Voters across the state of Texas decided the fates of 10 different Constitutional Amendments today. Propositions 4, 7 and 8 failed.
As of 11:20p, 99.8% of the precincts across the state had reported their results:
Prop 1- Tax exemption for surviving spouse of veteran

Prop 2- Texas Water Development Board issue additional bonds not to exceed $6 billion
