Tuesday night, after losing the Florida Republican Primary to Donald Trump, presidential candidate Marco Rubio officially suspended his campaign.

Rubio spoke for about 15 minutes as he delivered a concession speech and congratulated Trump on his win.

Ted Cruz, who is now the only Republican to seriously challenge Trump for GOP delegates, said, "Marco Rubio is a friend and a colleague who ran an optimistic campaign focused on the future of our party, conservative principles, and uplifting the American people. The Republican primary was stronger because of the ideas he brought forth. Marco's story embodies the promise of our great nation. I know he will continue to be a champion for limitless opportunity in America, and I wish Marco, Jeanette, and their four kids the very best."

At a rally in Houston, Cruz welcomed Rubio supporters with open-arms saying, "We all need to come together."

Meanwhile, the Trump campaign trolled Rubio on Twitter about an hour after Rubio's concession speech.
