Greg Gutfeld of Fox News' 'The Five' and 'Red Eye' joined Pratt on Texas on KFYO Wednesday to discuss his new book and upcoming appearances in Texas.

Not Cool: The Hipster Elite and Their War on You is Mr. Gutfeld's new book. Greg told Pratt that the 'Hipster Elite' are, "A progressive mindset that believes that anything that came before them is bad." Gutfeld agreed with Pratt's interpretation of 'hipsters' and added that, "This is protracted adolescence, in fact it starts as a rebellion against your parents it's all about the idea of subversion, and how rebellious it is to subvert society, when in fact the subverters don't even have a replacement for it. So the mentality, its kind of a grad school mentality that everything good about America is bad."

He went on to expand on his view of academia pushing the idea that western culture and virtues are not cool, calling the push in academia the, "Campus academic industrial complex," Gutfeld said. He elaborated, "[they] have a firmer, stronger grasp on pop culture. We've democratized fame through social networks now that if you have a traditional point of view or say something you can be damaged permanently and world wide because it is now easy to destroy someone."

He went on to explain how "Cool" and image of success has been changed in America though image, goals, movies, comedians and other aspects of American life.

Greg will be in Abilene, Midland and San Angelo on Friday; San Antonio, Katy, The Woodlands, and College Station on Saturday; and Waco, Ft. Worth, and Plano on Sunday. All the details of his appearances can be found on his website.
