Roger Clemens' perjury trial was declared a mistrial Thursday by the judge sitting on the case.
According to the New York Times, Judge Reggie Walton said the prosecution "revealed information that he previously deemed inadmissible."
Monster Crocodile Lunges From Water Near Tour Boat [VIDEO]
If the size of this crocodile is any indication, these tourists are going to need a bigger boat. An 18-foot, 2-ton monster crocodile was photographed leaping from the water near a tour boat in Australia, 'The Early Show' reported.
The croc is known locally as Brutus and was enticed by a tour guide offering kangaroo meat on a pole. The reptile is a star attraction among river tours that run through the Adelaide River.

Jerry Seinfeld and Jon Stewart poked fun at Dr. Marcus Bachmann, husband of Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann, for his views on "curing" homosexuality Wednesday night on 'The Daily Show.' But, when Stewart took things too far, Seinfeld put him in his place with a solid smack across the face.
Seinfeld admitted that gay jokes at Bachmann's expense came easily, especially after watching a video compilation highlighting the doctor's voice and somewhat flamboyant dance moves. "Of course I'd love to say Dr. Marcus Bachmann buys Brawny paper towels for the packaging," he said.

As expected, 'Mad Men' and 'Modern Family' were among the top series nominated for the 2011 Primetime Emmys, announced early Thursday morning.
'Mad Men' picked up an impressive 19 nominations, the most of any drama series, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Leading Actor (Jon Hamm), Outstanding Leading Actress (Elisabeth Moss) and Outstanding Supporting Actress (Christina Hendricks).
