An agent with the FBI says the owner of a topless club in Arlington planned to kill the town’s mayor after the city attempted to revoke his club license.

Ryan Walker Grant allegedly ordered the hit on Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck, saying “Let’s do the mayor. Let’s hit him tomorrow.” Grant has also been accused of ordering a hit on the city attorney. Cell phone records from early April indicate Grant was meeting with a hit man to plan the deaths of the officials, offering to pay $20,000 for their murders.

Grant owned a club called Flashdancer, which was closed by the city. He is being held without bond.
